Beginning on August 12, 2017, Breslow’s Livingston Paint Store Moved Online!
After 93 years as a “brick and mortar” retailer (3 generations), Breslow is transitioning paint to an online business. As of August 16, Breslow will be moving its Livingston paint store operations online and moving the offices to Springfield, NJ.
Since 2007, Breslow has been operating www.myperfectcolor.com – an online paint retailing website – and recently moved operations to a 5,000 square foot facility in Springfield, NJ. We need to adapt to a changing world. We hope this change will keep us going for the next 3 generations!
How does this affect you?
For Window Treatments and Awnings there is no change.
Virtually all window treatment and awning sales are already done via in-home/office sales. Breslow will continue to provide the same great 5-star shop-at-home experience for top quality Hunter Douglas Window Treatments and Retractable Awnings. The Chester Showroom is Unchanged.
Breslow is still operating its Benjamin Moore Paint store and Hunter Douglas Window Treatment showroom in Chester, NJ.
So What Will Change?
We will just be shipping paint instead of handing it over a counter. Breslow remains committed to stellar customer service and quality products – we just needed to break out of the confines of a little building in Livingston and upgrade operational capacity to handle global ecommerce sales.

I wanted you to know how happy I am with the work that Breslow has done for me over the past few years. Everyone is extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
My first contact with Breslow was when I needed help with a broken vertical shade on a large window, and Breslow arranged for the shipment of the shade to Hunter Douglas for repair and then handled the reinstallation for me. Later, when I needed help with another broken shade on a large sliding glass door, Breslow’s personnel were able to fix it for me without sending it out. I was impressed with their knowledge and ingenuity!
Last year, when I had new windows installed, I needed several new shades throughout the house. Once again, Breslow saw me through the entire process from selection to installation. Everyone involved, including you (Dana) when you measured, Sharon when she placed the orders, and the men who once again did the installation were punctual, knowledgeable, and caring — a combination that is hard to find!
We’re now in the process of adding yet another shade from Breslow, and I appreciate everyone’s help. It’s wonderful to know that I can rely on all of you!
