custom transitional louvered roof pergola in Purchase, NY
The brief

The Purchase homeowners wanted a pergola that wouldn't look like an aftermarket addition. They were specific: high-end design, custom engineering, and a finished look that aligned with the rest of their home — no exposed aluminum, no kit aesthetic.

The Build

We installed a custom transitional-style motorized louvered roof system, fully wrapped in AZEK trim to match the home's exterior detailing. The transitional profile bridges modern functionality with classic detailing — clean lines on the louvers themselves, traditional moulding on the posts and beams. Bromic 6,000-watt heaters were integrated for cold-weather use.

"The finished structure reads as architecture, not equipment.
