Tommy's Tavern & Tap — four locations, four installs.

Tommy's came to us after their Bridgewater outdoor patio became their highest-revenue dining area. They wanted to roll out the same outdoor-dining play across all four NJ locations — but each site had different orientation, different wind exposure, and different township permitting.

Breslow handled site engineering for each location individually: Bridgewater faces afternoon sun, Clifton sits in a wind tunnel between two buildings, Edison needed to integrate with an existing canopy, Sea Bright is on the shore and required hurricane-rated tie-downs. Same R-Blade system across the board, four different engineering packages, four different township permit submissions — finished in under 18 months.
