Breslow installed a fully custom Azenco R-Blade motorized pergola system in Woodcliff Lake, NJ, showcasing the company's signature transitional style and quality craftsmanship. The Azenco pergola, a hurricane-rated aluminum structure manufactured in Miami, was customized with Breslow's ability to wrap the system in premium AZEK material in any desired style.
The 828 square feet of covered outdoor living space consists of 3 bays, each measuring 12′ × 23′. The system features beam-to-beam motorized covers with built-in rain sensors, integrated lighting (6 recessed lights and 6 ramp lights), and 3 ceiling fans with dedicated beams for year-round comfort. A custom 13′ × 6′ privacy wall was installed to provide extra shade and privacy over the client's outdoor kitchen, with a center post designed to support a mounted TV.
The premium installation includes reinforced structural posts and footings, super gutters for integrated drainage, and full electrical integration with smart app-based control via BondPro for remote operation. The entire project was handled in-house—from design and permitting through delivery, structural installation, electrical work, and finish trim—with all required NJ permits and inspections completed successfully.
