Breslow has been handed down through the same family since 1924 — and the family didn't stop growing. Dana runs the company his family built. His son-in-law Tristan leads our commercial work. Mauricio — the father of Tristan's wife — is family twice over. And people like Jeanne prove the other way in: work here long enough, care about customers the way we do, and you're family too. Nothing about this business is transactional — not the way we treat our people, and not the way we'll treat you.

Dana is the mastermind behind the whole operation. He built the foundation of Breslow's louvered-roof business — now years in and growing fast — and he keeps building it, engineering the systems and AI automations that streamline how everything runs behind the scenes. But the real foundation Dana built is the culture, and that one was instilled in him in childhood: do right by the customer, put the long-term relationship first, and never let anything feel transactional. Making you feel like a long-time friend is how this family has done business for over a century. Dana is also the most real, authentic person you'll meet — he says exactly what's on his mind, and people love him for it. Funny, outgoing, sharp — and he treats everyone with the same respect, no matter who they are.

Tristan is Dana's son-in-law and our top commercial expert — the guy Dana proudly calls his “mini-me.” He's laid-back, funny, outgoing, and completely real, but put a project in front of him and he works like a doctor: he'll surgically diagnose the issue and prescribe exactly the right solution. Tristan is more than a salesperson — he's a business engine, constantly finding ways to make Breslow better, whether that's fine-tuning our follow-ups, running team meetings, or making it company policy that every happy customer gets a bottle of champagne when their project wraps. Like everyone here, he plays the long game: relationships first, and genuine respect for your time — because he holds his own to the same standard.

That experience is what sets her apart: she puts the customer first, every time, and guides you to the solution that's right for you — because for Jeanne, every project is the start of a long-lasting relationship, not a transaction. Simply put: don't be surprised if you catch yourself mid-consultation talking with Jeanne about something completely random, like you've been friends for years.

PJ is the fourth generation of Breslow, and he was taught the ways of entrepreneurship from the day he was born. From starting small businesses as a kid — selling Orbeez gloves, power washing, cleaning windows — PJ is the epitome of someone who takes action, and that instinct carries straight into the business today: genius creative marketing strategies and a massive social media following built through thousands of engaging posts that have earned real attention and built a stronger community around Breslow. On the technical side, PJ is integral to our business engine — a full-stack website and marketing developer, coding and developing the AI tools that streamline processes across the business. He understands that our marketing message is about communicating quality and care — and he uses everything he knows to send that message effectively and efficiently. He oversees all marketing operations, from lead generation and brand messaging to community building and streamlining processes for the business as a whole. Fun fact: PJ has an enormous passion for DJing and music production — he's released original EDM and house tracks on Spotify and Apple Music, and his DJ content has caught the attention of major EDM artists like John Summit. Growing that profile is part of what sharpened his craft here, too — it taught him firsthand how social media content really works, how to foster genuine community engagement, and how to build a following of like-minded people. He's lived in social media for years — and that experience carries straight over to Breslow, where the same instincts now grow our community every single day.

Our installation crew — known around here as the Lions Den — is a family operation too. It's run by two brothers, Will and Nunes, our head installation foremen — and that's part of what drew us together in the first place. Full introductions to both are coming soon.

Our Process

Sales, design, install — one team.

Your sales contact at Breslow stays your project lead from start to finish. Our sales team are full-circle project and design managers — well-versed in operations and technical details at a high level. Once your project moves forward, they hand off day-to-day operations to a dedicated project manager. Our in-house installation crew implements the shared vision.
