I just wanted to thank you for helping us out with our Hunter Douglas shade repair, even though we did not purchase them from your store. We originally purchased our Duette Shades through the Costco designated agent in the area several years ago. When the shades malfunctioned recently and were under warranty, we went back to Customer Service at Costco who directed us to their current designated window treatment/shade dealer. When we contacted them, they informed us that the previous Costco agent went out of business and they took their place but did not service Hunter Douglas shades.

After contacting Hunter Douglas directly, they instructed us to contact a local Hunter Douglas agent and we came to you having been in the shop to purchase paint for previous work in our home. Despite the fact that we hadn’t purchased the shades in your business, you didn’t hesitate to help us and even covered the shipping cost to get them back to the company, repaired and returned to our door. The shades are up and working thanks to you and your staff and I will certainly be back when I start my next project. Thank you for your courteous, efficient and prompt attention.
