Lake Success Country Club hosts wedding receptions for 100+ guests on the lawn behind the clubhouse. The catering team had been using rented tents and praying for sun. They came to Breslow after a particularly bad summer of weather-cancellations cost the club six-figures in lost bookings.
We installed a permanent multi-bay R-Blade pavilion — engineered to NY wind code, hurricane-tied, and with full hospitality-grade drainage so the catering staff can keep operating in heavy rain without re-routing service flow. The structure was sized to fit the venue's existing 200-guest plated dinner layout.
