By accessing or using the Breslow Design & Build website at breslow.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site.

By submitting your contact information through any form on this Site, you expressly consent to receive communications from Breslow Design & Build, including:

• Phone calls and voicemails regarding your project inquiry
• Text messages (SMS) with appointment confirmations and project updates
• Emails related to your consultation, project, or our services

You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by replying STOP to any text message, clicking "unsubscribe" in any email, or contacting us directly. Opting out of marketing communications does not affect transactional messages related to an active project.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, photographs, videos, designs, graphics, logos, and the Breslow Design & Build name — is owned by Breslow Design & Build or its licensors and is protected by U.S. copyright and trademark law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our prior written permission. Portfolio images depicting completed Breslow projects may not be used for commercial purposes by third parties.

Project Photography & Testimonials

By engaging Breslow for a project, clients may be asked to consent to photography of completed work for portfolio and marketing purposes. Such consent is governed by a separate agreement at the time of project engagement, not by these Terms.

Third-Party Links & Services

This Site may contain links to third-party websites or embed third-party services (such as Zoom for consultations, Matterport for 3D tours, or YouTube for video content). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those third parties. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms.

Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Breslow does not warrant that:

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Breslow Design & Build and its owners, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Site shall not exceed $100.
